DMCA Policy

"Daniil Medvedev Bloqué" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Daniil Medvedev Bloqué" service or website if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on "Daniil Medvedev Bloqué", please send a written DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notice to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which "Daniil Medvedev Bloqué" may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.
